How Our Exchange Process Works

Use our contact page within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Include your order number and the reason for exchange.

Our team will confirm availability, return instructions and any courier charges before arranging an exchange.

Your little one is dressed in the perfect fit without waiting weeks or hassle.
Eligible Conditions for Return & Exchange
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Original packaging and delivery invoice receipt must be presented.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, washable cloth diapers must be in unopened, sealed condition unless a manufacturing defect is present.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receipt.
Shipping Costs on Exchange
If the exchange is due to a sizing change requested by the customer, a nominal return delivery charge applies, confirmed by support before the exchange. If the item was damaged or defective upon arrival, Bengal Mom'z covers 100% of all delivery charges.
